See No Evil is investigating the murder of Amanda “Mandi” Gordon, who was brutally killed by her husband, Samuel Byrd, at their home in Cedar Park, Texas.

Byrd’s brother then told the police Byrd was having an affair with another woman, and she was currently driving Gordon’s car.

Family members also told the police that Byrd and Gordon’s relationship was relationship was “extremely volatile and violent.”

Gordon’s mother accused the killer of being continuously abusive toward her daughter and claimed Gordon hadn’t reported the abuse because Byrd had threatened her.

At the time of the investigation, the police admitted they had been called to the couple’s house on more than one occasion due to domestic incidents. Cedar Park police Lieutenant Larry Bond told the press, “We have been called to the residence prior on several occasions. Those disturbances were between the two parties.”
