The police in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, are still searching for the remains of teenager Sade Robinson, who they believe was murdered and dismembered by Maxwell Anderson earlier this month.

A number of body parts have been found throughout Milwaukee County, which led officers to fear there may be multiple victims, causing them to search Anderson’s home again yesterday.

However, the police announced they are confident 19-year-old Sade is the only victim.

Sade went on a date with 33-year-old Anderson on April 1. The pair ate at a restaurant before moving to a bar, where Sade was last seen alive. Cellphone records show the couple then went to Anderson’s home, where the cops believe the teenager was killed and dismembered.

The following day, Sade’s right leg was discovered in Warnimont Park in Cudahy, WI, near the waterline of Lake Michigan. On April 6, her left foot and some flesh were located near railroad tracks in Milwaukee City. Both feet had Sade’s painted toes and matched her skin tone.

Sadie’s car was recovered near where the second set of body parts were discovered. The vehicle was set on fire in an attempt to hide the evidence.

Milwaukee cops say they have enough evidence to convict Maxwell Anderson of the murder of Sade Robinson

The cops zeroed in on Anderson after learning through cellphone messages and studying surveillance footage that the pair had been together. Cellphone data also placed both Sadie and Anderson’s phones in the location where body parts were discovered.

Surveillance footage allegedly captured Anderson walking toward the beach in Cudahy and walking away from Sadie’s burning car. The cops say he was also spotted on a bus fleeing the area.

Anderson has been charged with first-degree homicide, mutilation of a corpse, and arson. If convicted, he faces a life sentence.

Sade Robinson family will keep searching for her remains

Sade’s family will not give up looking for the rest of her remains. A cousin named Key told Fox 6, “We just want to find her body. We just want to have some closure so we can have a decent funeral for her.” Another cousin, Jackie, said “We not stopping until she found. Somebody got to speak up. We got to put some pressure on them.”

The family said they were pleased that the cops had re-searched Anderson’s home and had dug up the backyard, but they hope more can be done to find Sadie.

Milwaukee County Sheriff Denita Ball and Milwaukee Police Chief Jeffrey Norman jointly announced Anderson’s arrest last week. Sheriff Ball thanked detectives and ISB supervisors for their hard work, stating they had worked “with little rest and a great deal of pressure” to bring justice for Sade.
